Production and Show Schedule
for 2010
January-
Working on a new piece in the Seattle Cats series
called "Grunge Me Seattle" a tribute
and celebration of Seattle's musical heritage. What do we plan to with
with it? You'll see.
February-
Finishing "Grunge Me Seattle"
and finishing up another in the Seattle Cats Series called
"Coffee Cat" That was started a couple years
ago to promote to Star Bucks but eventually, we decided to independently
publish it and release it ourselves. The main reason being that "Coffee
Cat" fits better in the local Seattle area for various
reasons...
March-
Celtic Faire March 13th - 11:00-5:00 pm
Come out and visit Puyallup Custom Frame and Art, in downtown
Puyallup, to see Jake's new Celtic Princess! It will be on display during
the Celtic Faire along with prints.
We are now working with a professional photographer named
Gary Mccutcheons at Mccutcheon's
Studio in Puyallup Washington. His expertise has helped elevate
the quality of our published work.
Once we get our art back from him, we'll be working on
publishing and packaging this new art for the upcoming shows, while
the web sites, JakeHose.net
and FunwhimsicalArt.com
will be updated...
April-
April's a good time to go through all the festival and
show equipment and refine what we need to refine for the upcoming shows...
May-
June-
Meeker Days Festival June 18th-19th-20th
This has been a great show for us and was our first festival
5 years ago. We started with a handful of prints and now its grown into
quite a show. In this show you will see many framed originals in the
gallery that you won't see in the other shows. The Meeker Days Festival
is considered the largest street festival in Washington.
We'll be represented by Puyallup Custom Frame
and Art beside the famous JC's
Music Shop. It's a great show for us because it's where we live
in Puyallup Washington and we are very proud of being from the beautiful
city of Puyallup.

Proctor Arts Festival August 7th
We love this part of north Tacoma called Proctor. Along
time ago I worked as a picture framer for Museum Quality Framing in
Proctor and loved it. During this show, we block off the main road through
Proctor and the road is filled with cool art.
This will be out second year in Proctor and look forward
to it and meeting our fans there. This is a one day show, look forward
to seeing you.

"Russian Princess" an addition to the Ethnic

for a Russian princess and this will be an exciting time to make it.
November-
November will be a good time to work on www.Funwhimsicalart.com.
this is a secure gallery that anyone can shop from. Websites like this
are very complicated to refine and build yet it is always nice to know
that you can buy your favorite Jake Hose print and have it arrive when
you want it.
